Who do we look for at the Caritas Collective?  It is imperative to us that Caritas continues to be fueled by students who are passionate about aiding non-profits. Because our teams have a high level of independence, it is important that our applicants are self-motivated and have excellent time management skills. Most important, the students who we accept to work with Caritas display intellectual curiosity and are unwilling to take things simply at their face value.
